Meet Krushi Hadvani
BPT, Registered Physiotherapist
Krushi Hadvani works with patients recovering from injury, managing pain, and working toward their personal health goals. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Gujarat University, then completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Therapeutic Recreation from Confederation College. That combination gives her a foundation in both clinical rehabilitation and recreation-based care.
Patient-centred care is her starting point, not an afterthought. Rather than working from a standard plan, she combines evidence-informed techniques with rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient’s actual needs. Before she recommends anything, she listens first, both to how a patient feels physically and to what their day-to-day life looks like.
The relationship matters as much as the plan. Krushi wants patients to feel understood and cared for throughout recovery, not just during appointments. In her experience, that connection is often what keeps someone engaged with a rehabilitation program and their individual goals.
Education and injury prevention are where she puts a lot of her energy. She’ll explain why an exercise works, not just how to do it, so patients understand their own bodies well enough to take an active role in their own care. Getting through a set of appointments isn’t really the point for her. Building habits patients can carry with them once the program ends is.
Getting back to work. Returning to sport. Managing everyday tasks more comfortably. Whatever the goal is, Krushi shapes her approach around it. She welcomes new patients at Century Park Pain and Health Clinic and looks forward to being part of their care team.
